Dennis Shegog Position

Dennis Shegog is the Chief Operating Officer of Sparkle Palace Construction & Project Management and a highly skilled tradesman with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As COO, Dennis oversees field operations, leads workforce training, and ensures every project meets the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship.  

He is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in roofing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sewer camera inspections, and complete residential and commercial rehabs. Dennis also manages day-to-day jobsite execution, team coordination, and client satisfaction. His certifications include:

• BSI Certification (Business Services Inclusion)
• BPI Certification (Building Performance Institute)
• BA-T Certification
• HHP (Healthy Housing Principles) Certification
• Certified Sewer Camera Technician Dennis has personally trained over 200 individuals in the construction field, with a special focus on returning residents and underserved populations.
